Supra Display Key and Cradle Usage

1) To clear the display screen, hold down “Enter” with your right thumb and press “1” with your left thumb.

2) To make the backlight on the display screen come on, hold down “Enter” for a few seconds.

3) If your key won’t update on your update night but you are able to successfully do an immediate e-sync the following morning, call Supra Support @1-877-699-6787 and they will troubleshoot the problem for you.

4) If you are having problems updating at all, reset your cradle by unplugging the cords from the back of your cradle and pressing the tip of an opened paper clip in the “Reset” hole. If you feel the paper clip press forward a little, your cradle needed to be reset. Sometimes power outages can cause the need for a reset. If this does not solve the problem (after the next update), call ARBOR or the Supra Support number: 1-877-699-6787 for assistance. There is a possibility that your cradle (not keypad) needs to be updated.

5) If your keypad says “Low Battery” it needs to be charged immediately. “Data Corruption” means the rechargeable battery is so low that your keypad is now dead and needs to be replaced. Per the Keybox and Keypad Rules and Regulations (Rev. April 2004), there is a $50.00 charge to exchange it for another keypad. To avoid this problem, put your keypad in the cradle once a week to charge. If you see that the cradle is not charging properly, please call ARBOR immediately.

6) Sometimes the connectors on the top of the keypad need to be cleaned so that it can make a successful connection to the lockbox. Wiping it with a damp cloth occasionally will help keep it clean.

7) If you updated your keypad by calling the Emergency Update Code Phone Number and are trying to use it in the lockbox and the display screen says “Not Authorized,” you probably need to call and re-update your keypad. You probably pressed a wrong number in your keypad while updating it. The display screen will still say “successful” but you won’t know that you accidentally put in a wrong number until you get to a lockbox. Be careful when inputting an update code as to avoid this.
