Display Keys and Key Boxes...
ARBOR leases electronic keypads and keyboxes to our members
with a small nominal, quarterly fee. We are one of the few local
Associations that provide this service to our members and we do
it for a reason;
Agents may use as many keyboxes as they require
without having to purchase a $100 keybox. This could become
quite costly over a period of time and upgrades and
malfunction replacements are free.
We use Supra brand products (an industry standard). Supra
also offers an electronic key for your PDA or SmartPhone. Carry
only one piece of equipment. (PDA's and SmartPhones are member
purchased)

9. KeyBox Assignment and Checkout:
A KeyBox may be checked out only by
the Listing Associate with the Listing on which the
KeyBox will be placed. If anyone other than the
Listing Associate will be checking out or signing
for Keyboxes on behalf of the Listing Associate,
ARBOR must have written authorization on file at
ARBOR offices before KeyBoxes are checked out. All
KeyBoxes checked out by the Listing Associates or
their Assigned representative are the responsibility
of the Listing Associate, regardless of any period
of time, or Listings the KeyBox may have been placed
on.
