How to Set Your Billing Preferences in the ARBOR IMS...

You'll need to know how to login to Member Services, go to "My Personal Information" and set the preferences for billing. While on this screen, you may also change any of your personal information, add your photo or add a personal bio which will appear on REALTOR and Affiliate member searches....

How to Login to IMS (Internet Member Services) -

• All actions are from our website, www.arlingtonrealtor.com
• Login to Member Services (several links to this on our website)
  • Login using your Lic# for User ID and for your password, use the last 4-digits of your SS# or the word "arbor".

Login to ARBOR Member Services -

• Login to ARBOR Member Services (IMS) with your ID (Lic #) and IMS password (usually the last 4-digits of your SS# or the word "Arbor")

Go to My Personal Information for changes in the IMS:

• Go To My Personal Information once looged in to Member Services

Scroll to Preferences:

• Select Billing Method in Preferences, and from drop-down choice, select "Email",
• then click "Submit"

You have now set the preferences to receive quarterly billings from ARBOR via email. Please make sure that your email address always remains current and accurate.
